Am I locked into a contract?+

No. Spont is cancellable monthly. No lock-in, no penalty clauses.

What does it really cost to start?+

Spont Start is €69 per month with Spont Payments included. No setup costs, no setup fees, cancel monthly. Hardware like an iPad, printer or card terminal you buy separately, or you use what you already have.

Does Spont only work on Apple?+

No. Spont runs on iPad and iPhone, but also works via the browser on a touchscreen or computer. So you don't need to buy Apple devices to start.

Are there setup costs?+

None. You pay the monthly amount, and that's it.

What's the difference between Start and Pro?+

Both plans have all features. Start is for venues with 1–2 points of sale. Pro has no limit — ideal if you have multiple registers or locations.

How quickly am I up and running?+

Within a few hours. You set up your menu, connect your printer and card terminal — done.

Can I manage multiple locations?+

Yes, with the Pro plan you manage multiple locations from one dashboard.

What if something goes wrong during service?+

Submit a ticket via the platform. AI + our team picks it up quickly. Need someone to come by or call? That's possible via our dealers or as one-off support at €59/hr.

What does Spont Payments cost?+

Spont Payments is included by default. No extra terminal costs or setup fees. POS rates: Maestro and vPay €0.05/tx, Mastercard and Visa (debit and credit) €0.05 + 0.25%, American Express €0.05 + 2.20%. Online (ECOM): iDEAL €0.25, Maestro €0.10, Bancontact €0.10 + 0.30%, American Express €0.08 + 3.10%. See the rate table on this page. Don't want to use a payment solution?
